All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Clerk. By subscribing, you agree to Clerk's terms of service and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to videos, images, graphics, text, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to SpeedyUGC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service itself, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of SpeedyUGC.

Your license to use downloaded content survives the termination of your subscription for content downloaded during your active subscription period. However, your ability to download new content terminates when your subscription ends.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPEEDYUGC, ITS OPERATOR, AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpeedyUGC, its operator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND SPEEDYUGC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
